When Shipping in the USA

Honeymouth Leather Goods are made by hand, so please allow 2-3 weeks for your order.

When you place an order through our online store, our artist gets to work on a piece that’s made especially for you or, if it’s a gift, the lucky recipient.

Once your packaged has been shipped, you will recieve a USPS tracking number. We highly suggest using a safe & secure location for delivery of your product. Honeymouth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS.

Customer service emails are answered Monday – Friday in the morning, and we do our best to get back to you as soon as possible!

Going Abroad?

We are happy to offer international shipping. Worldwide shipping is a $20.00 flat rate.**

However, your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.

Caring for Your Beauties

How do I care for my leather?

At Honeymouth, we use vegetable tanned leather.  

Veg-tanning is an eco-friendly and biodegradable process that uses plant materials instead of chemicals.

As if that’s not enough, vegetable tanned leather only gets better with age, just like you.

Spill something? A mild baby soap with warm water and a drop or two of white vinegar is a great way to clean your leather. 

 Long-term care advice — We recommend using a leather conditioner once or twice a year to keep your leather looking so fresh and so clean

Repairs & Returns

Need a Repair?

We are SO THANKFUL for your purchase & support of Honeymouth, and we sincerely hope for a lifetime of use. You guys mean the world to us, and we work hard to create a sustainable and lasting product made to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use.

With that being said, leather and thread sometimes wear out. If this happens, we’ve got your back.

However, keep in mind that one of our personal favorite qualities about leather is that it changes color over time. Think about it as if it’s getting wiser with age. Your leather good will soak in the oils and elements from the world around it, and it will darken and soften as it does. This is normal, and we think you’ll be pretty darn happy with the way your leather patinas and ages.

All that to say, we are happy to make any repairs with the normal wear and tear of life. We want all of our Honeymouth goods to be a long-lasting legacy, just like you. Reach out to us via our trusty contact form or by emailing or calling us.

Can I Make a Return?

Sometimes we change our minds, and that’s okay. Honeymouth happily accepts returns within 2 weeks of purchase, as long as the item(s) we receive back are in their original condition.
