This means that all of our items are handmade with all the love in our hearts in an effort to create sustainable, long-lasting products made just for you. Our goal is to eliminate waste and create a product that you love for years to come. Because our products are handmade when ordered, each piece is unique & one-of-a-kind — just like you.

Quality > quantity, baby.

All of our leather goods are made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for your order. When you place an order through our online store, our artists get to work on a piece that’s made especially for you or, if it’s a gift, the lucky recipient.

Once your packaged has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We highly suggest using a safe & secure location for delivery of your product.

Honeymouth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS.

Repairs + returns

We are SO THANKFUL for your purchase & support of Honeymouth, and we sincerely hope for a lifetime of use. You mean the world to us, and we work hard to create a sustainable and lasting product made to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use.

With that being said, leather and thread sometimes wear out. If this happens, we’ve got your back.

However, keep in mind that one of our personal favorite qualities about leather is that it changes color over time. Think about it as if it’s getting wiser with age. Your leather good will soak in the oils and elements from the world around it, and it will darken and soften as it does. This is normal, and we think you’ll be pretty darn happy with the way your leather patinas and ages.

All that to say, we are happy to make any repairs with the normal wear and tear of life. We want all of our Honeymouth goods to be a long-lasting legacy.

Can I make a return?

Sometimes we change our minds, and that’s okay. We happily accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase, as long as the item(s) we receive back are in their original condition. 

Sale items, gift cards, and custom bag orders are non-refundable.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
