Production + Shipping

We happily embrace slow fashion. This means that all of our items are handmade with care in an effort to create a beautiful, sustainable, long-lasting product. Our goal is to eliminate waste and create something that you love for years to come. 

Quality > Quantity 

Our handbags are produced in small batches and released in limited quantities. Each bag is designed, cut, sewn, and finished in house. 

Once your packaged has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We highly suggest using a safe & secure location for delivery of your product.

Honeymouth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Repairs + Returns

We are so thankful for your purchase and support of Honeymouth. You mean the world to us, and we work hard to create a sustainable and lasting product made to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use. With that being said, leather and thread sometimes wear out. If this happens, we’ve got your back.

Can I make a return?

We happily accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase, as long as the item(s) we receive back are in their original condition. 

Sale items, gift cards, and custom bag orders are non-refundable.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
